2. Categories of Information Collected & Retention Architecture
To evaluate qualifications and package client profiles across our advisory disciplines, we collect:
- Identifiers: Legal name, commercial entity name, principal residential and business addresses, direct email address, telephone numbers, and government-issued identification.
- Commercial & Financial Records: Credit bureau reports (SmartCredit, Experian, Equifax, TransUnion), bureau login access credentials, banking statements, debt schedules, income documentation, and business formation filings.
- Advisory & Transaction Records: Consulting engagement agreements, intake submission logs, underwriting correspondence, and direct liaison records.
Data Storage & Encryption Standards:
All sensitive intake records (including SSNs, bureau credentials, and identity documentation) are protected at rest using institutional AES-256-GCM encryption and transmitted exclusively via TLS 1.3 secure sockets. Records are maintained for a statutory retention lifecycle of seven (7) years to comply with federal financial auditing standards, credit dispute verifications, and California commercial recordkeeping requirements. Upon expiration of the mandatory retention window, data is subjected to permanent cryptographic purge.

- Zero Sale / Zero Sharing of Personal Records: Limitless Funding LLC does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal or commercial records to third-party data brokers or behavioral advertisers.
- Non-Discrimination: We never deny services, adjust pricing tiers, or alter service levels for clients exercising statutory privacy rights.
4. TCPA Communications Consent & Opt-Out
By submitting an expedited intake or scheduling a strategic consultation, you grant express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) to receive advisory status updates, documentation requests, and scheduling notices via telephone, SMS/MMS, and email from Limitless Funding LLC. Consent is never a mandatory condition of credit repair or consulting services. You may revoke communications consent at any time by transmitting 'STOP' to any SMS message or requesting removal via email.
