CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS UNDER STATE AND FEDERAL LAW (15 U.S.C. § 1679c)

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any "credit repair" company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years. You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud. You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations. You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.

CALIFORNIA CREDIT SERVICES ACT MANDATORY DISCLOSURE NOTICE (CAL. CIV. CODE § 1789.15)

You have a right to inspect your credit file at a consumer reporting agency on reasonable notice and on payment of an appropriate fee. A consumer reporting agency must provide a consumer with a free copy of their credit report if the consumer has been denied credit, insurance, employment, or government benefits within the preceding 60 days. You have a right to review your credit file and dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information directly with the credit reporting agency without charge. Limitless Funding LLC maintains all required operational compliances under California law.

SECTION 01

1. Free Credit Report Entitlement & Statutory Access

Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA, 15 U.S.C. § 1681), every consumer possesses the legal right to obtain a free copy of their consumer credit report once every 12 months directly from each of the nationwide credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) via AnnualCreditReport.com. You are also entitled to a free file disclosure if an adverse action is taken against you based on a credit report, or if you are unemployed or a recipient of public welfare assistance.

SECTION 02

2. Do-It-Yourself Dispute Rights & Autonomy

You have the absolute statutory right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information directly with credit bureaus and data furnishers on your own behalf without paying any fee or retaining a third-party consulting firm. Neither Limitless Funding LLC nor any commercial representative can claim exclusive access to bureau dispute mechanisms. Our Credit Repair Consulting engagements provide strategic administrative investigation, procedural audit support, and documentation preparation for clients desiring dedicated professional representation.

SECTION 03

3. Advance Fee Prohibition (CROA, TSR & California Compliance)

Part 310), and California Civil Code § 1789.10 et seq., Limitless Funding LLC never demands, charges, or collects advance retainers or upfront fees prior to fully executing agreed services. All fees for credit repair consulting are billed strictly on a verified, post-performance basis following the completion and documented transmission of bureau audit investigations.
